1.1 Viada Oy is an incoming travel agency registered in Finland. Our vast network of suppliers provides all the services necessary for us to create and deliver travel experiences in Finland and its surrounding countries. Viada Oy ("Viada DMC") recognises and respects the integrity of each individual. We want you to be assured that protecting your privacy is Viada's top priority.

Our privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") helps you understand how Viada DMC treats your personal data so that it is processed in the correct manner. This Privacy Policy does not address, and we are not responsible for, the privacy or information of any third parties, including third party distribution partners, suppliers and tour operators. By accessing or using our websites or content, or using Viada DMC's online booking system on a mobile phone, tablet or other similar device ("Device"), or providing your information in connection with our websites or other sites or services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

1.2 We process personal data about you in order to provide the services we offer to you as a customer/user. This Privacy Policy applies to anyone who orders, purchases or requests services from us.

2.2 We have appointed a data protection officer ("Data Protection Officer"). The Data Protection Officer monitors that our use of personal data is in accordance with applicable law. The contact details of the Data Protection Officer can be found in the appendix to the Privacy Statement.
